REFUND POLICY

At Ink & Thread, every product is made to order, created specially for you. Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for sizing, change of mind, or unwanted items.

However, we always want you to be completely happy with your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Brief explanation

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays outside our control

Please check the size guide before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at:

We will investigate and resend if required.


Returns Address

We do not accept returned goods.
Items sent back to the production facility will not be processed.
