All orders take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), production times may increase slightly.

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Total time (production + delivery): 4–10 business days

United States

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Total time (production + delivery): 7–15 business days

Other Regions

We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier availability.

Tracking Information

Tracking will be provided where available. Some shipping methods do not offer tracking depending on destination and carrier.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at sales@ink-and-thread.co.uk and we will investigate.

If the carrier confirms a loss, we will reship your order free of charge.

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot reship orders free of charge if the address entered at checkout is incorrect.
